Terms of Service

LowEnd Travel Solutions LLP provides travel operations, customer support and related operational and technology services to businesses.

The specific scope, service levels, fees and responsibilities for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal agreed with you.

Work begins once we have agreed the scope, commercial terms and start date in writing. Any change to scope is agreed before the additional work is carried out.

Where we operate processes on your behalf, you remain responsible for the products, pricing and policies we work to.

Fees are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement and are payable in accordance with the agreed schedule. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Each party will keep the other's confidential information secure and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and the agreed agreement governs the limits that apply to a specific engagement.
