Service Cancellation Policy

The notice period, fees and any wind-down arrangements for cancelling an engagement are set out in the agreement or proposal for that engagement.

This page provides a general summary. Where it differs from your signed agreement, the agreement takes precedence.

Either party may cancel in line with the agreed notice period. Where a cancellation takes effect, fees for work already delivered remain payable.

Where we have committed to staffing or third-party costs on your behalf, these may be passed through on cancellation in line with the agreement.

Changes to scope, coverage or volumes are agreed in writing and reflected in the fees and service levels for the engagement.

On cancellation we will agree a reasonable handover, including the return or transfer of any data and materials belonging to you, subject to outstanding obligations.
